EndeavHER is committed to protecting the privacy of our users and strives to provide a safe user experience. These terms and conditions describe how your personal information is collected, used, shared, and secured, as well as your choices regarding use, access, and correction of your personal information. 

In general, by using this site or applying to a job, providing your contact information to show interest in a job, or by replying to a message from an employer, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your data in this Terms & Conditions Policy.


Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions

Your submission of personal and/or employment information on this portion of the EndeavHER online platform, including through our websites www.endeavher.com, and our other related mobile websites, services, tools and other applications (collectively, the “Site”) is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), which may be modified from time to time. These Terms and Conditions set forth below supplement the Privacy Policy governing your use of the EndeavHER’s Site. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or are dissatisfied with any portion of the Site, your sole remedy is to not use the Site and not submit or post any personal or career information.

You may revoke your consent to this policy. To revoke your consent, please contact us at privacy@endeavher.com. If you revoke your consent, your account and profile information will be removed from our website.

Information collected on our sites is stored in the United States; therefore, your information may become subject to U.S. law.


We Collect the Career Information You Give Us

As set forth in the Privacy Policy, the EndeavHER Site gives you the opportunity to create an “Employer Account” to post jobs or a “Candidate Account” to apply for jobs. You can register for an account to either post jobs or apply for a position. In order to do so, you will provide us with your email address, phone number password and secret question that will allow you to access your account later. Also, you may upload your photo to the website or a company logo and company video. Candidate can create a safe resume by removing all sensitive information such as social security numbers, identification numbers (e.g., driver’s license), financial information, dates of birth before uploading your resume. We do not require, request or want that information on your resume or for your candidate profile.


How We Use and Retain Information

We use your career information to provide job alerts or other information you may request. We also use the Applicant Account information to process your employment applications (e.g., to authenticate your identity, for communication with you regarding your application and to comply with applicable laws such as anti-terrorism and immigration requirements). We may also use your career information, in our sole and absolute discretion, to let you know about other job opportunities that might be a good fit for you.


How We Share Information

We provide you with a platform to broadcast information about yourself to maximize your career opportunities. The information we gather may be shared with the following categories of third parties:

  • EndeavHER and its subsidiaries;
  • Employers, when you make your resume searchable or apply to a job;
  • Other companies hired to provide services on EndeavHER’s behalf;
  • Other third parties where required by law;
  • Other third parties when you give your consent to such sharing such as for resume writing services.

By applying to a job, providing your contact information to show interest in a job, or by replying to a message from an employer, you consent to the disclosure of your information to that employer and to be contacted by such employer for employment-related purposes.

We do not share contact information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes unless you affirmatively agree to such disclosure.


No Offer of Employment

Nothing contained on this Site should be construed as an offer of employment, a representation concerning the availability of any position, or a promise of any kind concerning any term or condition of employment with EndeavHER, including job responsibilities, salary, benefits, eligibility for promotion, or career path. The information contained on the website is merely an invitation for qualified prospective candidates to apply. EndeavHER makes no guarantee that you will receive an interview or career opportunity.


Your Information Must be Accurate

You expressly agree and acknowledge that all of the personal information and employment information submitted by you to the EndeavHER Site is truthful and does not contain any misleading or false statements.


Deactivation or Deletion of Your Account

You may request that we deactivate or delete their account by emailing us at privacy@endeavher.com. When you request that your account be canceled or deleted, your information, including your resume and profiles will no longer be available to you and will be deleted by us. When you ask that we delete your account we will do so without undue delay. Even though your account will be deleted, we may retain digital logs and non-personally identifiable information or non-personal data about your account, which is not accessible by you or third-parties on EndeavHER Site but which might be used by us for recordkeeping and internal purposes, including enforcing the Privacy Policy and demographic reporting and research purposes for up to four years after your deletion request is made.


No Warranties

THE INFORMATION POSTED ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.  ENDEAVHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OF THIS SITE INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY AND TIMELINESS OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED HEREIN.

IF YOU ARE ACCESSING THIS SITE FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION OR OTHER JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT RECOGNIZE DISCLAIMERS OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF EITHER PARTY OR THEIR AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES.


U.S. Residents: Binding Arbitration of All Disputes, No Class Relief:

  • U.S. Residents:  To the fullest extent permissible by law, with the exception of disputes pertaining to EndeavHER’s intellectual property rights and certain statutory claims that, pursuant to law, are not arbitrable, any dispute of any kind between you and EndeavHER arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration pursuant to EndeavHER counsel’s Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitrator shall be a retired judge or justice of any state or federal court in the US and have substantial experience in the areas of employment and privacy law. The arbitrator shall follow Texas substantive law in adjudicating the dispute, except that this Section 12 shall be construed as a “written agreement to arbitrate” pursuant to the United States Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”). The hearing shall be conducted in the city/county that encompasses the mailing address you have provided to EndeavHER. For any claim in which you seek US $10,000.00 or less, you shall have the choice as to whether the hearing is conducted in person, by telephone, or instead the arbitrator decides the dispute without a hearing. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES AN AGREEMENT TO PURSUE YOUR CLAIM ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND A WAIVER OF THE ABILITY TO PURSUE YOUR CLAIM IN A CLASS ACTION.
  • Non-U.S. Residents:  If any controversy, allegation, or claim arises out of or relates to these Terms and Conditions, then you and we may send a written notice to the other providing a reasonable description of the Section 12(b) Dispute, along with a proposed resolution of it. Our notice to you will be sent to you based on the most recent contact information that you provide us. But if no such information exists or if such information is not current, then we have no obligation under this Section 12 (b). Your notice to us must be sent to us at privacy@endeavher.com. For a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of notice from the other party, ENDEAVHER and you may engage in a dialogue in order to attempt to resolve the Section 12(b) Dispute, though nothing will require either you or ENDEAVHER to resolve the Section 12(b) Dispute on terms either you or ENDEAVHER, in each of our sole discretion, are uncomfortable. Nothing in this Section will prevent a party from pursuing their claims in Court or another complaint process.
